Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Pain To Power Maine only offers replacements for defective items or if you received a different item than what you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes.

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the producer and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color,

Pain To Power Maine is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You as a customer alone are in charge of entering in the correct information when you place your order.

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Pain To Power Maine directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
